How Do I Factory Reset An Edge300

Trying to get this done as the device appears 'stuck' on a single application after registering it to on-premise Appspace server.

I need to reset this thing to factory defaults - don't seem to be able to access the device desktop either.

Hi Steven,

 

The procedure to reset an edge to factory default is to press the reset button for 5 seconds.

If it doesn't work, you might need to re-image the device using the following procedure: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/cisco_edge_300/software/release/1_4/configuration/guide/ce300cg_book/Trouble.html
