Resently we had to do a restore on a a CUCMBE server due to issues. After the restore, everything came up fine, except users mailboxs. If users had saved messages in their mailbox it gave them the count of voicemails, but would not play them if they tried. It will allow them to delete them but not play them. IS there a way to correct this either with tool or service that will re-index the database?
