I have Call Manager 3.3(3) and I can't figure out how to increase the number of rings before forwarding. Thanks for your anticipated assistance!

Go to Services > Service Parameter > Callmanager and modify the value for parameter "Forward No Answer Timer". This will change the value system-wide.
