Hi,
We are running Call Manager 3.3(2).
Is there ay way to change the default Call Hold time in a Call Manager.
I know there is a way to change the default Call Waiting time through the Call Manager Service Parameters.
Please let me know. I will appreciate your response.

You must change the "CallParkReversionTimeout" setting in the Service \ Service Parameters \
The default is 60 seconds.
Verify that on your Subscribers this value changes also.

Actually that will change the amount of time a parked call will stay parked and then return to the person who parked it. There is no Hold timer currently for CallManager. When a call is placed on hold it could in theory stay there indefinately. Hopefully this changes sometime.

Thanks for the response.Yes I didnt find any parameter to change the Hold time. But the problem is when somebody is placing a call on hold its not staying there for ever. Whats happening here is little strange. Suppose I have an extension number say, 1100 and that is shared by my operator with No Ring set on the operators phone.Now when a call comes in for 1100 and if I place the call on Hold, then after 3 mins its ringing the phone of the operator which is strange.
Can ypu please let me know how to solve this.
