Where and how do I check if there is packets being lost between my call manager which is version 4.1 and my cisco 7941 IP phones, keep in mind my phones show register all the time I just need to know if packets are being dropped when I transfer a call.

On the screen :-)
If you don't see them, you may not have tapped ? twice quickly enough.

Hi,
You may just double press the ? button on the phone while the call is active this will give you the statistics of the call, or you may setup a sniffer trace on both switchports and check if you are missing some data.
Are you experiencing any kind of problem/symptom ???
