How to configure ATA to use with Call Manager

Hi,

Does anyone know that how to configure Cisco ATA 186 to use with Cisco Call Manager using H323. I want to use it for both inbound and outbound calls.

Why do you want to use H323? You can run skinny on these devices and you'll find it much easier to set up and manage...

Unless you need to do something that requires H323 I'd stay with skinny.

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, my VoIP service provider requires H323 for call setup. I have already tried skinny on these devices but it didnt work for my PSTN/Long distance calls although i was able use it within my call manager setup.

I would appreciate if you can give a better idea using skinny for my outbound calls OR how to configure ATA as H323 terminal.
