In the serviceability admin guide it explains how to grant admin rights for CAR administrator. IT says;
In the CAR window, choose System > System Parameters > Admin Rights.
The Grant/Revoke CAR Admin Rights window displays.
What does it mean by CAR window? I installed CAR, I am able to use CDR reporting tool, log in from the screen and get manager and user reports.
Where is CAR window ?? Or am I missing something ?
