That's correct, 7914 do not support SIP. The latest update i got on it was there will be 7914 support around CCM 6.1 version and at the first stage it will support just one 7914 per phone.

Is it sccp or h323? With SCCP, it could be simply changing the busy trigger/maximum calls on the callmanger from 1 (default) to 2 so the phone could open an additional line for transfer
Thanks Jeff,There would be over 10,000 subscribers so unadressed messages distribution list will be a very hard to handle one.Good point regarding Exchange, I did not check it myself but will definatly do next week.
