We have a local telephone number (330) forwarded to a Qwest's toll free number (888). The Qwest's toll free number is set on our PABX/ACD.
330-xxx.xxxx ----> 888-xxx.xxxx ---> router ---> PABX.
The router is a 3660 with 12.2.1 IOS version.
When a call reaches the router, the DNIS number (888 number) is changed with the ANI number. The router sends an INVITE to our PABX with (ANI=DNIS=330), but this number doesnt exist so the call is dropped. The trace shows that the RDN is enabled (orig called num=3303373921).
We ask to the provider to disable such an option. But they certified that they dont use the RDN.
Is possible to disable it on the router?
Do you see another solution to keep the 888 number as DNIS?
Thanks.
Jean-Luc.
