How to enable the RS232 interface with the MIB service?

I need the RS232 interface enable to use an ELO IntelliTouch 4220.

I tried this:

https://a.b.c.d:7777/set_param?init.startService_rs232=yes

Is this correct?

I don't have a DMM software.

Please clarify the intended "USE" of a RS232 port attact to the ELO IntelliTouch 4220?

I have a DMP 4400g and I want to communicate this device with an ELO IntelliTouch 4220 through RS232 or USB.
The DMP has loaded many javascript applications.

Antonio,

If you want to use an ELO APR Touch display with the DMP-4400G for ** TOUCH ** functionality

you connect using the DVI-HDMI or HDMI to HDMI for Video and USB for TOUCH signaling.

Unfortunately, you mention Intellitouch technology and that is NOT supported on the DMP-4400G.
