I can't find a cable for VG224

What is that cable that connects to a VG224? It has an RJ-21 end and what is considered an amphenol 50 pin end. then it branches out to what should be 24 cat3 with rj-11 ends allowing you to have the full availibility of the 24 analog lines that the VG224 can handle. I'm searching everywhere on the internet and all I really get are pin outs. I want to find a place that make it for me or even ship it to me if it's already made.

Please make sure you call them and understand what you want to purchase. You will need a cable and a breakout box. The cable has both DB ends. One end goes into the VG and the other end goes into the breakout box
