Hello
There is not the Backup Utility icon in the Windows 2000 system tray, because I did not configure the Backup Utlity during the CCM installation.
I referred to the following URL.The document is written as follows.
But,the "MCS-backup.exe " is not on the software center.
Is there any way?
Thank you for your help.

Step 1 Click http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml .
Step 2 Choose Cisco CallManager Version 3.2 > Download CallManager Cryptographic Software... > Download Cisco 3DES Cryptographic Software under export licensing controls.
Step 3 Download the MCS-backup.exe file to your hard drive.
Step 4 Make note of the location where you saved the file.
Step 5 Double-click the file to begin the installation.

I tried the software search tool for that filename and got nothing back. I would check for it on your installation media for Call Manager. If not, call tac. You might want to report the documentation probelem either way.

Its currently called MCSbackup.3-4-31.exe. I think they went with the generic statement 'download the MCSbackup.exe' because they change this version periodically and you should use whatever the latest version of that file is.
Good luck,
Vance
