ICD CRS Supervisor Desktop with Citrix

Has anyone ever installed CRS 3.0.2 and used a citrix server for the agent desktop. The supervisor desktop is only reporting the last user to have logged into the citrix server. We already had to make several changes to the citrix server install of the desktop agent to get that to work.

I have been working with Cisco for about 2 months on a design for my company to use CCM. I have installed CCM and Unity before but it has been to years since that job. We use Citrix and I would like to know what you had to do to get desktop agent to work and does it work well? If you can be pretty descriptive.
