ICS 7750 as a central router

Can we use ICS 7750 as a central router+call manager server in a network with 40 branches ?

I guess it should scale to this requirement with all the required h/w & s/w config in place.

The question finally boils down to:

Whether the routing perfomance of the MRP module is comparable to that of 3745 router ?

( I am confortable with the perfomance of 3745 router for this 40 branch installation. I am wondering whether I can integrata the ICS 7750 in to the solution as main router+ call manager functions ).
