Has anyone had any experience using a USB sound device as a MOH audio source on the ICS7750 and will Cisco support this type of configuration?

Yes, I have installed the Sound Blaster USB Extigy and it worked like a charm!

I have the same thing and yes, it works great. Sure beats having to set up another MCS server just for MOH.
