Incoming International Calls with CME 3.1

Hello,

I'd like to identify incoming international calls with a different ring tone at IP phones.

Also, i'd like to transfer these calls to a specific group of ip phones automaticly.

Is it possible with CME 3.1 ?

The only way I can think of is writing a customized TCL script. Other wise there is no way you can do it through router configuration at this point.
