Hi,
I need to set up a Call Forward All in CallManager (V3.3, Australia) that includes a pause in the number so that the system being called can have time to respond. I need to do the following:
1. Forward an internal call to an internal extension
2. Pause while that internal extension answers (two rings)
3. Pass the numbers 19**3# to the answering system (a paging system).
I can do this via Unity but the Caller Id gets lost so the paging system doesn't know the initiating number, would prefer to use the Call Forward All option in CallManger. In Unity I create a call handler that does the following:
Forwards all calls to: nnn,,,,,,,19**3#
CallManager won't let me use comma's for spaces.
Any ideas??

I think you have to write "Postroute" scripts for CCM to add PAUSE.
Hope the following link helps...

Inserting a comma(,) will make a day for you.
One comma(,)=2sec.
