Installation of CM4.0 on HP DL320 G4

I am trying to install CM 4.0 on a HP DL320 G4, using the OS CD 2000.4.3a, I get the error below:

The installation was unable to retrieve needed system information! Error code: 1 SysInfo Fatal Error

And the install fails everytime.

Anyone come across this in the past and how did you fix it?

How did you get the 2000.43a CD. I have been fighting with TAC and now Customer service to get new CD at all.

We just bought a copy for CM 4.2(1), and that came with the OS 2000.4.3a.

Most new callmanager discs come with 4.3.a discs. If you get 4.3 discs (without the a), you can installed 4.3 and then upgrade to 4.3aSR1.
