INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING TAPS

I'm not able to use TAPS with shared lines. The system always

ask me to enter the complete telephone number (including area code). I tried to put a complete and different telephone number in the field "External phone mask" for each telephones with a shared line but I got the same question from TAPS. I did not find detailled instructions for using TAPS (User guide with all différents questions I can get when I'm using TAPS).

I was also not able to get TAPS working for phones with shared line appearances. We ended up having to change those phones manually.
