Interconnecting Vanguard 6560 / 320 with Cisco VoIP gateway

Hello,

I have to migrate a VoIP network with one Motorola 6560 central router connected to the PBX and many Motorola 320 remote routers to a Cisco VoIP network. As the network is up I have to planify the migration without disrupting the daily operation. I'am thinking one alternative to put the new Cisco gateways one by one (2801 remote routers & 3845 central routers) , so they have to work with the Motorola routers. The functionality they have is VOIP only. Is it possible to do it ? with h.323 ?
