Intermittent loss of volume on 7962 phone

Hi,

I have a peculiar issue here on a 7962 phone. The configuration is mostly default and I do not see any power save configuration.

Periodically the ringer volume goes silent on the phone. Cannot even play the various ringtones on the phone. The only resolution is to logout/login

and then the ringer volume comes back. However, it continually goes silent again.

Any ideas ?

I would guess bad phone.  Get RMA if you have the Smartnet on it.
