Internal Caller Already on Phone?

We are using CallManager 4.0 and the default setting for Busy Trigger of 2. If an internal caller makes a call to another internal employee and that employee is already on the phone, is there any way for the internal caller to see on his/her phone screen that the caller is already on the phone? We are using 7960 phones. Thanks!

I'm afraid you can't do that. A solution will be to allow only one call and to setup callback
