ISDN Se1/0:23: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x7FA2
Sending Complete

Channel ID i = 0xA98396
Calling Party Number i = 0x00, 0x80, '4294', Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '8011442072440090', Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
ISDN Se1/0:23: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0xFFA2
Cause i = 0x80E470 - Invalid information element contents
Anyone have any ideas on why this fails. I have set the T310 to 60000 msec. on both the gateway and CCM. I have the h323 gateway "called party IE number type set to unknown and international-no results. and set the "called number plan" to isdn--no results.

You have invalid IE, this means we are sending something the telco doesnt like. They may want to see a differnet type and plan or a different called number. You may want to ask them what they want to see. If you cant call them, try changing the plan and type to international or anything to see if it works.

We had a similar problem with one of our client's.
It ended up being a change on the numbering plan in Callmanager. We changed the "called numbering plan" inside the H.323 configuration to "Unknown" from the default "Callmanager"here's a link:

This change was made after analyzing the H323 debugs and getting similar responses like you have posted.Hope this helps a little.Cheers.
