invalid number format (incomplete number) on AS5350

Hi , i have a call manager connected to AS5350 which is connected throug E1 ro PSTN.

i can call from outside to the CCM, but i can't call from the CCM to the outside, i enabled debug on the AS5350 and got the message invalid number format (incomplete number) when trying to call outside, can you pls help me reseolving the pb?

debug voip ccapi inout

to debug the problem
