IP and presence database warning

Dears ,

I face an issue in the IP and presence server as below

Cisco IM and Presence Data Monitor :The Cisco IM and Presence Data Monitor has detected that database replication is not complete, and/or that the Cisco Sync Agent sync from Cisco Unified Communications Manager is not complete. Some services will remain in the "Starting" state until replication and the Cisco Sync Agent sync are successfully completed.

CUCM and CUC and IP are not cluster .. only one CME6000

any advice

I checked the status and attached the services snapshot may help

Your services looks to be started. Can you share snapshot from data monitor?

If sync is failing, make sure that sync agent service is active on both CUCM and IMP. Also, make sure that your AXL user is having enough privileges to perform sync. You can also check that the AXL password is correct
