Hi Voice Team,
Here in the company use the ip communicator normally, but when we use with our VPN, the phone registers with CUCM, complete the call but the call is muted, so to speak and to listen, someone to have any idea what might be happening?

We use Cisco VPN Client version 5.0.07.0290.

If you are using ASA check if SIP inspection is active, it might have trouble with NAT

Hello, the SIP inspection is not active, but the ip communicator use the SCCP protocol,not SIP, how to proceed in this case?
