Here is a scenario.....A user's main number is off of one cluster. Another line on their phone is used as a call center agent from an ICD server in another location.
Will Cisco ICD provide this functionality traversing across multiple Call Managers?

Hypothetically, this should work, but to get a definite answer, open a case with Cisco and speak with a specialist on ICD.

I believe the phone will have to be registered with the CallManager that the ICD server is using. Let me know if you hear otherwise.
