IP<->IP/PSTN<->IP Gateway IOS

My guess is if the c3660-js2-mz.12.4-1 IOS is able to work as PSTN<->IP gateway besides the IP<->IP functionality. I saw the Cisco Feature Navigator but dont't actually know which feature gives the PSTN<->IP gateway hability.

The js image should have all voice gateway features. You did not mention what protocol you are planning on using, H323, MGCP, SIP?

I'm planning to use H323. I have installed that IOS but it didn't detect my E1 ( telephony ) Interfaces.

The E1 or T1 for that matter interfeces are E1 controller. Do you see any Controller E1 interface. From privleged mode try going to controller E1 slot/number.
