Anyone familiar with the "Do not disturb" option within IPMA? What exactly does the Do not disturb softkey do? Is there a big difference in IPMA and the regular attendant console?

It just disables the ringer on the phone and does not do any re-direct to the assistant. The difference between IPMA and attendant console is that all calls coming to the Manager based on preferences can be handled by his one or more assistant. He or his assistant can customize his preferences, etc.,
One Assisant console can manage upto 5 manager phones.
