Hi,
we have a CCM 3.3(4) and Cisco IP Phone 7960 with the firmware P00305000500.
Overnight the IP Phones lost time sync. with the CCM. Our CCM is GMT + 1, and the phones are now GMT.
All the device pool use CMLocal as the Date/Time group, and the CMLocal Time Zone is explicitely set to GMT +1 (not "local time Zone of CallManager")
Thanks in advance,
Marc

Hello,
We have a customer who has the same problem since this morning. Mainly IP 7940 and phone load P00305000400.
We tried to change the GMT settings to +2 but the time on the phones do not change at all.
We have opened a SR 600561593 with Cisco Tac.

Did you get any feed back from the tac regarding this issue?

bug: CSCef88333 - Timezone DST offset is incorrect.
One of the symptom for that problem is the time zone was correct and then began to display wrong info after the last Friday of September. The fix has
been included in 4.0(2)Sr1
The workaround was to set the timezone to Amsterdam or to another timezone with same time difference.

Hello Marc,
We have exactly the same versions (CallManager and load) and the same problem (same timezone, it also happened this night).
This looks like a bug.
If I have news about this, I will keep you updated.
Regards
Dirk

Easy way to fix this is turn off checkbox "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" in "Date and Time Properties" applet.
Enjoy.

The workaround indicated in bug CSCed41072 does not work for our customer. He's actually running CCM 3.3(4).
