IP Phone Error Message Display "Authorization Required!"

Hi,

Since my last CallManager upgrade to 4.1(3)sr3a, I cannot access to Directory and Services from IP Phone. This message appears: "Authorization Required:"

- Username:

- Password:

IP Phone Firmware Version: 8.0(1)

Try running the AdminUtility that is located in C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin

I tried this and when I check password Synchronized all is OK but I have the same problem.

In the event viewer (Microsoft), I can read this description:

" The server was unable to logn the Windows NT account 'CCMUser' due to following error: Logon Failure: unknown user name or bad password..."

An other idea???

Yeap, the problem that you are having is normally because the CCMUser that is why is usually fixed with the adminutility.

Try going to Internet Services, ccmcip, properties, securities if you have the "Allow security" checked. Unchecked this and reset IIS.
