I have an IP phone System with an MCS7825, an 3660 gateway with 16 ports FXO, and many IP phones.
When I make a phone call from PSTN -> Gateway -> IP Phone. If no one pick up the phone and I hang up the analog phone. The problem is the IP Phone still ringing ... until I pick it up.
Anyone have experience with this problem ?
Now , I am setting the Timer T301_msec* to 18000(service/service parameter/(server name)/Call manager). But it is a bad trick, 18000 (or 18s) is the time that the line disconnect (if no answer from IP phone) if the ananlog phone hang up or not.
Please show me how to clear this problem !
Thank you in advance !

I think something wrong with CallManager. But don't believe me, I am learning.

Is your 3660 configured as an h.323 gateway or a MGCP gateway? If h.323 you need to use connection plar opx xxxx. Instead of connection plar. If it is MGCP there is not much you can do. I have filed to DDTs on this issue a while back and not sure when they will be implemented. Here are the IDs.

Hope this helps,
