ip phone services on 7912

i can't get phone services to work on a 7912 with call manager 3.3(3). the datasheets all say that phone services are supported, but haven't been able to find a definitive answer about support under 3.3(3). i have been told that phone services are supported for 7912 from 3.3(4), but am looking for documentation to confirm this.

does anyone have any pointers?

I have services working on our 7912 sets with CCM 3.3(2) and 7912 load CP7912010300SCCP040312A.sbin

The release notes say:

Required Device Package for Cisco IP Phone 7912G

Before using the Cisco IP Phone 7912G with Cisco CallManager version 3.3(3) or later, you must install the cmterm-7912g.P009.3-3-4 device package on all Cisco CallManager servers in the cluster.
