Is there is any solution that make Cisco IP telephony system ( callManager & Cisco IP Phones ) to forward outgoing international calls via internet (Internet VOIP call providers such as Skype or net2phone ) ???

Simpletelecom (www.simpletelecom.com) provides unauthenticated SIP proxy for CCM.
Please note you'll require CCM 4 or later to configure SIP trunks.
