IPMA can't divert call!

Hi All

I have setup the IPMA on CCM 3.3sr4. All features can function but no response after pressing divert all. I captured the log while call can't be diverted. Would anyone give me a hand?

Calls from ext 2002 to 5205(manager) and want to divert to 5234(assistant). Finally, all incoming calls rings 5205.

Is the Assistant logged into her Assistant Console on PC?

Did the Manager log into this url, and select this Assistant as Divert All destination?

Yes, of course. The assistant have logged into the console and assiged to that manager. The manager also can see the assistant shown on the manager console.

I can use immediate divert and transfer to VM..etc except divert all. Any idea?

Well then, this bug be hitting here.

CSCea35148 -- IPMA Divert All does not work

But this bug should be found in IPMA version (1.16)1.1 and CM version 3.3(2)SPa. My CCM platform is 3.3(3)sr4.

I'm having the same problem here. Calls to the manager go directly to the manager phone when i have activated divert all.

Even tried using filter list without "divert all" but still can't work.

ImmDiv from the manager phone works thou when activated.

I'm running 3.3(3)sr4 here.

Try resetting the CCS_I_E and CSS_M_E. If that doesn't help, Check the CCM trace to find out which pattern the call is hitting, the translation pattern or the route point DN.

Check the MA trace to find out if these messages appear in the trace:

"NewCall() - accepted call"

Make sure the Assistant in logged in and online on the assistant console.

There is a bug where the divert all does not work but the immediate divert does work. If the Immed divert works then the configuration is setup correctly the issue is the bug. Sorry I do not knowthe bug but i had the same issue.
