Hi All
After setting and configuring the IPMA, When looking at the control center the service Cisco IP Manager Assistant the status is N/A... and the Activation status is Activated...???
I can see the Assistant watch-On on the manager 7960, and login with the IPMA Assistant console, but still the call are dialing the manager phone, not the assistant.
is it my config or something i missed??

Regarding the status,IPMA uses cisco tomcat web server. It loads the IPMA service when the first occurence of the desktop or ip phone interfaces try to connect to get service, so it's not under your control

yes, its a normal status because of the reson i've mentioned before
