We have detected the following problem.
Sometimes an Ip-phone can not make calls. The CCM traces show the following:
- CtiEnableReq CH=0|0 DeviceName=SEP000DBCFF5C0A DN=8989 CallLock=0 FeatureId=0
WhichSide=0|
03/18/2005 14:32:12.309 CCM|StationCdpc(314): StationCtiCdpc - CtiEnableReq
CH=0|0 LineFilter=24 for LineNumber=8989|
03/18/2005 14:32:12.309 CCM|StationD: (0000076) SetRinger
ringMode=1(RingOff).|
03/18/2005 14:32:12.309 CCM|StationD(76): StationCtiD -
StationOutputSetRinger|
03/18/2005 14:32:12.309 CCM|StationCtiD::StationOutputSetRinger -- internal
error: cannot determine line number!!!|
03/18/2005 14:32:12.309 CCM|StationCtiD::StationOutputSetRinger -- internal
error: illegal line number!!!|
The IPphone is still able to receive calls and looks completely normal on the display.

Is it happening to only this phone, or is it random ? Is the extn for this phone, shared with some other phone ?

It's random. No sharing of extension. But seems to happen after using the Callback function across a Qsig to a Siemens pbx.
