I have a customer with a CallMAnager and Cisco 5300 gateway.
The receptionist complains she has to keep repeating the "introduction speech" when answering incoming calls on her 7960 ip phone.
It seems the " Alerting beep on the callers phone " to indicate the line has been answered, is coinciding with the receptionist's blab for the first second or so.
This of course is driving her nuts as she says it 1000 times a day already.
Any ideas on how to tweak this
