Avaya integrationg with CM

Hi,

I have a avaya G3 connecting to a VG200 via a pri. I am running CM 3.2(2c) SP G. When an IP phone calls a phone hanging off the avaya the caller ID shows the persons name. When an Avaya phone calls an ip phone the ip phone just shows the extension not the name.

Any ideas?

Check the switch to be sure that the correct information (calling party number) is being sent to the router.
