Hi,
The Telco providing us with T1 PRI is using N12 as switch type and has asked that the leading 011 for international calls be dropped before they can route these calls.
What is the best way to acheive this? Thanks

In Call Manager you can create a translation pattern to discard the 011 on international calls.
Or you can also do it on route pattern, modify the called party number.

I have setup a TP of 9.011! and have called party transformation of XXXXXXXXXXXX. DDI is set to pre dot and I prefix the digit 9.
If I have done this correctly, if someone calls 9011442076913245, it will translate to 9442076913245 and match the 9.@ route pattern I have configured.
So far it is not working, I get the Announciator "this call cannot be completed as dialed"

Try this, change it to 9.011@. Then under Called Party Transformation -> Discard Digit chose PreAt.

I tried setting the TP to 9.011@, PreAT as Discard Digit and Prefix 9.
I turned on debug isdn q931 on the gateway, and I see the called number still showing up as 011xxxx....

Try Setting the pattern to 9.@ and discard Digits to PreDot IntlAccess IntlDirectDial
