IVR Audio Prompts

Hi,

I have loaded the default en_welcome.au into flash. It plays well.

I recorded my own IVR which is CCITT u-law 8.000 khz, 8Bit Mono. And I have convrted it from .wav to .au using some downloaded file converter. It plays well in the player. But when i upload that into Cisco's flash and try to play, It says that "Could not create IVR prompt"

Does some one know what the reason might be.. ?

When you are changing the audio files, you must run this EXEC command "audio-prompt load" to load the file into RAM. The command syntax and usage guidelines can be found at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fvvfax_r/vrf_a.htm#1332549.
