Ive been using this FORUM since back in the Dave Goodwin 4 posts a day days 2001

I was looking for the matrix under software voice cco but it aint ther no more thats where i used to find it .

perhaps my wording was a bit off but it was not my intent to try and tell you, or anyone for that matter what to post. I have been a very vocal advocate of everyone from newbies to triple CCIEs posting both questions and replies. I was simply trying to say that here is the link that you can use for a faster answer should another question of this nature arise. I apologize if I worded it where you took it another way. My day is just getting started here and I replied to your post in-between getting the kids ready for school, trying to feed myself and dealing with some of my on-the-side consulting gigs!
