Good day! I need to order hardware for Hardware and VM-Ware for the 50-port CWMS system. I plan to deploy the Admin and IRP virtual machines co-resident on the same UCS servers. I selected BE7K-K9-XU. I understand that  2 vSphere licenses  included in the bundle BE7K-K9-XU.But I don't understand why must my deployment contain one vCenter server? Is a deloyment without vCenter possible? Can I deploy Admin, IRP virtual machines and vCenter inside BE7K-K9-XU?

Hello,

Installing CWMS is not the same as installing CUCM or other UC application, the OVA of CWMS has all required data. Once you select CWMS OVA to deploy it through Vcenter, you will be prompted to choose whether it's Admin or IRP, and afterwards in the deploying wizard you will be prompted also to enter the IP address and other config of the CWMS. without using vcenter, you will not get the option to fill that info, this is why VCenter is mandatory.

When customers do not have vceneter, I usually install it as demo and once the CWMS installation completes I remove it.
