After deleting the users voicemailbox e-mailbox and account, there is still a folder on the M: drive for that user.
How can I delete this folder on a voicemail only system.

You can open up the Exchange System Manager, find the mailbox you want to purge (it should have a red X on it), right click and chose purge. Within a minute or 2 the mailbox will be gone.
