Message Notification Not working

I have setup message notification for voice mail messages. I setup my cell phone under phone 2 and made sure it was enabled. I ran the Subscriber Message Activity and In the dialout number it's showing N/A. <br><br>Any Ideas<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Greg<br><br>

Not applicable

Make sure it isn't set to notify only on urgent messages, otherwise you will need to leave an urgent message to test.

Also check to see if there is a notificiation schedule being applied, and that the system clock is set right.

The urgent box isn't checked and the schedule is 8-5 which is ok. The time is just a couple of minutes off.

If your system is configured for dual switch integration, check that the notification device is set for the correct switch. If the system is not or is no longer configured for dual switch integration, you will not see this setting in the SA.

My system is not setup for dual switch integration. Just IP switch.
