When a user press a Directory button a message "Authorization required" appears with username prompt and password.
All users have this problem.
I tried to enter any userID and password nothing happened.
Any idea how to fix that ?
CallManager cluster with two CCM server version 3.2.2c.
WinOS 2.4 upgrade, and SQL 7.0 patch were made a couple weeks ago.
Directory button works before upgrade, after upgrade I check it - it works again.
Users claim about this problem two days ago.
