If I have users in the US, and across a WAN on the same Unity/Exchange 2k server. What do I need to do to get the remote users (Switzerland) to hear the local timzeone on their messages instead of the timestamp that they are currently hearing which is the one local to the server.

--Cael

Set the subscriber's Time Zone on their Profile page. You can use the (?) question mark icon to get more information about how this field is used by the system.

I understand all of that, after doinjg some more testing with the customer however I have found that the timezones are set correctly but there appears to be a 2 minute difference between the time the message is left and the time it is heard.
I have tracked that down to a difference in the clocks on the CCM and Unity.
Is there a preferred method for synchronizing system clocks or would a "net time" command suffice?

I don't know that there is a preferred way to do this other than to use whatever method the rest of the network (mailserver, DCs, etc) relies on. Unless the difference between clocks is drastic (hours or days) the impact on Unity should be minimal.
