MGCP BRI and Callmanager 4.1

Hello,

I have a callmanager 4.1 and a Cisco2611XM with a vic-2briNT/TE interface.

I Cannot get it working. The interfaces won't connect to the callmanager (get a not registered status at the callmanager)

Does anyone got it working ?

Hi,

Please check what it shows when u give "sh ccm". It should show registered with ur CCM. Then also check with "debug mgcp packet". That will show whether it communicates with ccm or not. If these two shows registered then plug the ISDN circuit and it should show registered in CCM administration page.

I believe the BRI application requires h.323 configuration. I have only used 3.3, but simply set the name of the device to the IP address and it will connect.

which version of CM 4.1? This should be work with 4.12 sr1 or 4.1.3 and BRI EuroISDN (no QSIG or other).

There are still problems with announcement messages from pstn with BRI interfaces.
