MGCP fallback with 7912 and 7920

As you can see on this link :

the Firmware for the 7912 can't use for the 7912 and for the 7920 firmware you can't find it int the Cisco web site.

So for the 7920 and the 7912 which is a real "up to date" firmware for the MGCP fallback that we must use.

The following should work with CCM 4.0 phone loads with SRST, but prior phoneload versions should be backwards compatible to SRST.7960/40: P00306000100
