Hi All!
We ahve a client running CCM 3.3(4) with MGCP PRI gateways. They subscribed to a VoIP service for international calls.
To access the service they have to dial a local number, then the call gets connected and the international number must be dialed to an IVR.
They want this to be used automaticly, without the users knowing that their calls are not routed traditionally, but on VoIP.
I can make the CCM to prepend the dialed international number with the local number. The problem is that when the gateway dials the local number, the international number after it is lost.
(The international part of the called number should be dialed with DTMF after call connnection.)
Is it possible somehow?

You can try making use of the "provide outside dial-tone option" available with CallManager.

I do not believe this is possible. When using a PRI, the signaling is out of band. Data is passed across to the telco with the number. At this time, the intl number, which was probably not passed, cannot be passed by dtmf via the callmanager. The intl number was probably dropped so the telco would accept the call. The user can press the digits at this time which will be dtmf. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
